At the recent Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ) 2023 Annual Conference networking and awards night on Tuesday, 17 October in Auckland, BHP-Curtin Indigenous Chair in Biodiversity and Environmental Science Professor Stephen van Leeuwen was announced as a new Honorary Fellow of the Institute.

Honorary Fellowships are awarded to those who have made an outstanding contribution to the environment profession.
