Congratulations to staff and students at the Curtin Water Quality Research Group led by Professor Cynthia Joll from the School of Molecular and Life Sciences and Emeritus Professor Elizabeth Watkin’s team from the Curtin Medical School, who contributed to the earlier stages of the Horrocks Water Treatment Plant Continuous Electrochlorination (CEC) Upgrade in projects with Water Corporation. The project has been awarded the Australian Water Association WA Water Awards Infrastructure Project Innovation Award (Regional) for 2023.
