Approach to Categorisation and Prioritisation

To ensure that DTS works on the most impactful IT projects for Curtin and allocates resources effectively, all IT projects are initially prioritised using the following three categories:

All of our projects are delivered using the DTS Delivery Framework and supported by the Delivery Enablement team within the Office of the CIO.
