If the Special Amendments webform available on the old student services intranet (https://studentservices.curtin.edu.au/forms/sas_forms.cfm) does not work, please email your request with supporting documents to SpecialAmendments@curtin.edu.au
The new staff portal will be providing equivalent functionality in the near future.

Student Finance and Statutory Reporting (SFSR) is comprised of discrete sections with specialist expertise and functions in the areas of Tuition Fees and Invoicing; HELP debt; Refunds and Remissions, External Sponsors, Student Management System Data Quality; Special Amendments; and Government Reporting.
