NDRI researcher represents Curtin at the Shine Dome

NDRI early career researcher and Senior Research Fellow Dr William Gilmore recently attended the Australian Academy of Science’s flagship event, Science at the Shine Dome 2025, in Canberra.

Nominated to attend by Professor Gavin Pereira, Health Sciences Dean of Research, Dr Gilmore spent four days at the event which brought together hundreds of people from different careers and backgrounds to establish new networks, learn about cutting-edge Australian research and exchange ideas.

The annual event showcased and celebrated significant careers from early to mid-career researchers, as well as featured the induction of new Academy Fellows.

Congratulations to Dr Gilmore on representing Curtin at this esteemed scientific event and thank you to Professor Pereira for his support.
