This highlight video captures the energy and excitement of the GradFest Exhibition Launch Night held on 2 December 2025, where DBE graduating students proudly showcased their final projects.
The exhibition brought together students, friends, family, staff and members of the wider community to celebrate the culmination of years of dedication, creativity and learning. Throughout the evening, guests explored the exhibition spaces and engaged with the impressive body of work produced by our graduating cohort across the School’s disciplines.
GradFest provides an opportunity for students to present the results of their hard work and share their ideas, innovation and design thinking with the community. The launch night created special moments of connection as students reflected on their academic journeys and celebrated this important milestone alongside those who supported them throughout their studies.
DBE GradFest25 Industry and Awards Night Celebration
See the memorable moments from the DBE Industry and Awards Night Celebration, an evening dedicated to recognising the outstanding achievements of our graduating students and celebrating the remarkable work produced across the School of Design and the Built Environment.
The event brought together graduating students, student award winners, industry partners, staff and members of the wider DBE community for a special evening of celebration and connection. Throughout the night, we acknowledged the creativity, innovation and dedication demonstrated by our students during their studies, while also recognising the support and collaboration of our valued industry partners.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of student awards across our disciplines, celebrating those whose work, talent and commitment truly stood out. These awards not only recognise academic and creative excellence but also the passion and determination our students have shown throughout their time at Curtin.
The night was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the graduating cohort, strengthen connections with industry and reflect on the inspiring work that defines the DBE community.
