About Xetta and Curtin ePay
Curtin ePay hosts the transactions, events, and merchant stores on the Curtin University website allowing online payments to be made using the Xetta system. All incoming payments are managed through Xetta, if you intend to collect payments for any goods, services, merchandise, or events you will likely need to set up a transaction in Xetta.
Xetta acts as the payment gateway for receiving money and controls payments made with Curtin ePay as well as in-person payments made at cashiering points (such as the childcare facilities and medical clinic).
To issue a refund for payments made through Xetta, please contact Xetta Refunds.
For more information about Xetta including detailed guides, please visit Financial Systems.

- Set early bird registration discounts and late booking fees.
- Manage attendance for event activities, such as dinners.
- Set different pricing levels for various attendee types.
- Add images and banners to your event page.
- Receive daily or weekly booking reports.
- Oversee all aspects of your event with the Event Booking module
