10th International Conference on Innovative Production and Construction success
Curtin, in partnership with East China Jiaotong University, successfully held the 10th International Conference on Innovative Production and Construction (IPC2024) at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre earlier this month.
Associate Professor Honglei Xu from the School of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences (EECMS) chaired the conference, which saw more than 200 scientists, engineers, and students from around the world attend in-person and online to share advanced technologies for sustainable production and construction, focusing on decarbonisation, net zero and digital twins.
Emeritus Professor Simon Forrest gave a Welcome to Country, followed by opening remarks from Professor Chris Rawson, Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor, Faculty of Science and Engineering and a welcome speech by Professor Kate Brooks, Head of the School EECMS.
Thank you to Associate Professor Xu and all involved in the great success of this collaborative event. Learn more about the conference on the website here.
