Associate Professor Elizabeth Jackson from the School of Management and Marketing has been appointed to the Federal Government’s new National Food Council, a key advisory body guiding the development of Australia’s national food security strategy, Feeding Australia.

Bringing her expertise to the table, Associate Professor Jackson joins a diverse group of leaders from across Australia’s food system, spanning primary production, processing and distribution, alongside academics and innovators working to strengthen the nation’s food resilience.
