Associate Professor Nigel Marks from the School of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences recently toured the Fukushima Daiichi reconstruction site in Japan.

Joined by academics from the Australian National University the group were invited to meet with engineers from the Tokyo Electric Power Company at their Decommissioning Archive Centre and representatives from various Japanese government agencies, they also participated in a Q&A session with the Nuclear Regulation Agency in Tokyo.

Congratulations to Associate Professor Marks for the success of this trip.
