Professor Alan Duncan, Director, Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre (BCEC) and Professor Michael Dockery, Principal Research Fellow, BCEC, travelled to Sydney to present the latest BCEC report, Employment and disability in Australia, to the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and RBA Governor Michele Bullock, on 16 May for Global Accessibility Awareness Day.

The report’s comprehensive assessment sheds light on the trends, drivers and consequences of labour market disadvantage faced by people with disability in Australia and offers recommendations aimed at fostering a more inclusive workforce.
