Binar CubeSats complete successful mission
Congratulations to the Binar Space Program team on the successful completion of their most recent mission which ended in fiery glory as Binar- 2, 3 and 4, re-entered Earth’s atmosphere last weekend.
Unlike Binar-1, which was launched in 2021 and remained in space for 364 days, Binar-2, 3 and 4 were impacted by the solar maximum, which increased satellite drag and caused them to de-orbit more quickly.
Despite its early end, the mission remained a success, as the Binar team was able to communicate with all of the satellites and collect an extensive amount of data. These results will help the Binar Space Program improve its platform and prepare for future missions.
