Celebrating Curtin’s Pride Pathways program participants
Two Curtin staff members have recently completed the Pride in Diversity Pride Pathways: Future LGBTQ+ Leaders program. This five-month talent development program supports the career progression of early and mid-career LGBTQ+ people who have been identified as demonstrating high potential and a commitment to professional growth by their employers.
Nikki Jenkins (Faculty of Business and Law Learning and Teaching) and Dr Matty Phillips (School of Population Health) were sponsored to participate by Thomas Griebel (Faculty of Business and Law General Manager) and Associate Professor Samantha Owen (Gender Equity and Inclusion Director and co-Lead of the Gender Research Network).
Thank you to Mr Griebel and Associate Professor Owen for their support and to Elizabeth Baca (Gender Equity and Inclusion Program Coordinator) for coordinating Curtin’s participation and acting as the People and Culture representative. Thanks also to Di Murray, Manager, Organisational Learning, for her contribution to the program roundtable.
Congratulations to Ms Jenkins, Dr Phillips and all Pride Pathways graduates.
