National Careers Week 2025 proved that a little fun goes a long way in helping students explore their career options.

In collaboration with the Recruit Curtin team, the Curtin Careers team brought colour, energy and clarity to campus with an engaging Careers Pop-Up event on Thursday 15 May at TL Robertson Library.  The Pop-Up provided students with a relaxed, approachable space to explore their career pathways. Students also enjoyed a range of career-focused activities, including chatting with a recruiter, updating their professional image with a LinkedIn headshot, completing a Resume Fast Alignment Check and joining in fun, interactive games designed to prompt reflection and spark conversations.

Beyond the Pop-Up, the Careers team kept the momentum going with targeted workshops and a series of daily LinkedIn posts, which featured career stories, graduate spotlights and key insights.

The celebrations extended to Curtin staff as well, with Student Life & Community members enjoying a morning tea that encouraged reflection on their own career journeys. A lively game of personality bingo brought everyone together, sparking laughter and new connections across the team.

A big thank you to all involved, and here’s to an even bigger and better National Careers Week in 2026!
