Curtin Volunteers! marked National Volunteer Week (19 to 25 May) with Cheers for Volunteers events across the state, celebrating the generosity and community impact of Curtin students.

Supported by Volunteering WA and Lotterywest, two events were held in Perth and Kalgoorlie to recognise the outstanding effort of 382 student volunteers and 35 student leaders who contributed more than 2,350 hours to local organisations so far in 2025.

Volunteering activities also took place on campus, including a 65 Roses Day wrapping event, where 28 students and staff donated 48 hours to wrap 1,200 fresh roses in support of Cystic Fibrosis WA.

Thank you to all staff and students involved in making this week a meaningful celebration of giving back.
