Congratulations to the Curtin Future Student team for placing second in the sector overall of the ATEM (Australian Tertiary Education Management) Future Student Customer Experience Benchmarking Program for Curtin Connect as well as placing as the top University for delivering quality service.

The program, by CSBA (Customer Service Benchmarking Australia), rates the team’s interactions against a quality assurance model. These ratings are benchmarked against other institutions in the education sector across Australia and New Zealand.

This fantastic achievement has been made possible through the delivery of the coaching program expertly led by Curtin Connect Coach, Emily Duffell, and the Future Student team’s commitment to the program and continuous improvement.
