Congratulations to Curtin Disability Arts PhD student Jordan Fyfe, from the School of Media, Creative Arts and Social Inquiry, on being named one of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC)’s 2025 TOP 5 Arts winners.

Jordan was recognised for her work alongside disabled artists in WA, which explores current barriers and co-creates recommendations to help transform the disability arts sector.

As part of the ABC Radio National residency, Jordan will spend two weeks working alongside some of the country’s leading specialist journalists and producers, gaining practical skills, knowledge and confidence to communicate her expertise to broader audiences. Read more in the ABC’s media release.
