Curtin represented at WA Teaching and Learning Forum
Curtin was recently represented at the 2025 WA Teaching and Learning Forum with Kelly Kendall-Jones, Manager of Career Development at Curtin, presenting as a NAGCAS (National Associations of Graduate Careers Advisory Services) WA Division collaborator.
The annual forum brings together educators from across the higher education sector to explore best practices in teaching and learning. This year’s theme, Future-Focused Education: Innovation, Inclusion and Impact, sparked discussions on student belonging, AI-enabled education, employability, sustainable citizenship and modes of learning.
Ms Kendall-Jones joined representatives from other WA universities in presenting From Classroom to Career: Integrating Employability for ALL Learners, a three-minute pitch as part of a Nuts and Bolts session. The session encouraged an open discussion on strategies to embed scaffolded career development learning across undergraduate programs through a university-wide, collaborative approach.
Thank you to Ms Kendall-Jones for her contribution to advancing career development and student employability.
