Curtin Singapore recently brought together new and past graduates at two alumni events hosted by Pro Vice-Chancellor and President of Curtin Singapore, Professor Alex Stojcevski.

On Wednesday 8 October, a sundowner brought together 125 guests to celebrate the Curtin community and learn more about the Curtin University Alumni Singapore Chapter (CUASC). The event offered an opportunity for the new graduates to connect with peers, staff and friends, and hear from Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Xiaotian Zhang and CUASC President James Chen.

The following day, 19 leading alumni joined a special luncheon that encouraged deeper conversation in an intimate setting. Professor Kate Brooks, Head of the School of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences, led an engaging discussion on Future-Ready: Equipping the Workforce for What’s Next, exploring how universities, industry and government can work together to prepare the next generation for a rapidly changing world.

A big thank you to the University Advancement and Curtin Singapore teams for their work in bringing these events to life.
