Congratulations to Nikhil Jayaraj, Managing Director of Regen Power and Curtin student, on being awarded with the Business News ‘40under40 Awards WA 2024’.

The Awards recognise and celebrate the state’s leading entrepreneurs, innovators, and future business leaders under the age of 40. This award marks his second recognition in this prestigious category after previously winning in 2020. Mr Jayaraj has been instrumental in leading Regen Power through significant growth phases, establishing the company as a leader in innovative solar energy solutions in Western Australia.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Jayaraj is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at Curtin. His research focuses on the “Transition towards Solar Energy Storage: A Multi-level Perspective,” aiming to contribute further to sustainable energy advancements. His DBA is being supervised by Faculty of Business and Law Dean Learning and Teaching, Professor Subra Ananthram and School of Management and Marketing Senior Lecturer, Dr Anton Klarin.
