Congratulations to Professor Ba Tuong Vo and Research Fellow Dr Changbeom Shim and the team from the School of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences who were recently awarded a Collaborative Research Grant of $150,000 by the Defence Science Centre for their project “Scalable Sensor Fusion for 3D Environmental Mapping”.

Working in collaboration with industry partner CMW Geosciences, this project aims to bridge the technological gap by developing novel scalable low-cost solutions for monitoring of critical infrastructure.
