Curtin’s vibrant Exchange precinct has been recognised as the best Masterplanned Development at the national Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) awards held in Melbourne.

Exchange was lauded as a beacon of excellence in how a university can meaningfully integrate with the local community and provide a range of facilities, including state-of-the-art learning and teaching facilities, vibrant retail spaces, accommodation options, commercial uses and recreational areas – all with excellent public transport links.

Exchange is a unique and highly valued community precinct. Congratulations to everyone who has worked so hard over many years to bring this important project to fruition. Read more in our media release.
