Congratulations to John Curtin Distinguished Professor Judith Finn, from the School of Nursing, on being named a ‘Giant’ in the field of resuscitation science for 2025 by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).

Judith is one of only five global leaders honoured this year for her significant contributions to lifesaving resuscitation research, joining an elite group of experts recognised by ILCOR since 1985.

ILCOR Giants are celebrated by their peers for their outstanding commitment to the field of resuscitation science and their impact on saving lives. Judith and her fellow recipients will be formally inducted at a special event in Rotterdam, Netherlands, from 20–22 October 2025.
