Master of Design students explore stories through design
Last week, the School of Design and the Built Environment launched the Master of Design Exhibition, which ran until 24 October 2025. The event brought together students, staff and industry to celebrate the creativity and talent of Curtin’s Master of Design students.
The program explores design thinking, knowledge and theory to address complex challenges through interdisciplinary practice. The showcased works fostered connection and dialogue, featuring objects that shared stories of cultural heritage and personal narratives, prompting reflection on how design can communicate shared human experiences.
Driven by experimentation and innovation, the students’ projects demonstrated the power of sustainable, adaptable and impactful design.
Thank you to everyone involved in the exhibition and for making the launch such a success.
