Congratulations to People and Culture’s Organisational Learning team for winning the 2024 Award for Excellence in People and Culture presented by the Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM).

The team – Di Murray (Manager), Karen Korsgaard, Alex Patterson, Luke Retallack and Nina Usher – was recognised for their outstanding work in developing learning and leadership capabilities. In particular, the Curtin leadership series, which continues to deliver strong outcomes and attract more participants each year. Designed to meet the needs of different leadership levels, the program aligns closely with the University’s strategy and values, offering targeted and meaningful learning opportunities.
