Professor Melinda Fitzgerald, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research, has been appointed by the hon. Mark Butler MP, Minister for Health and Aged Care, as Co-Chair of the Medical Research Future Fund’s (MRFF) new Traumatic Brain Injury Mission Expert Advisory Panel.

Professor Fitzgerald commenced as Co-Chair alongside Emeritus Professor Robert Vink, on 8 April 2024. Members of the Panel are chosen for their expertise in research, clinical, commercial or community aspects of traumatic brain injury medicine.
