Team FBL steps up to victory in walking challenge
Congratulations to the Faculty of Business and Law’s team Agony of De Feet on taking out top honours in Curtin’s 2025 10,000 Steps Challenge as part of the Australasian University Health Challenge (AUHC).
The AUHC encourages staff and students across Australasia to boost their daily physical activity through small, sustainable changes. Over six energetic weeks in August and September, 31 Curtin teams laced up for the challenge – tracking steps, sharing encouragement and stepping their way toward better health.
With an impressive 13,740,922 total steps from their 40-person team (an average of 343,523 per member), Agony of De Feet truly went the distance to claim victory. A special mention goes to Professor Felix Chan from the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance, Curtin’s top individual stepper for 2025.
Well done to everyone who joined in. Every step counted in making this year’s challenge another fun and motivating success!
