We will be offering a number of Roadshows and Drop-In sessions for staff, to provide assistance as we transition to the new Online Examination Paper Approval process.

Roadshows (MS Teams)

Our Roadshows will build upon the information in the Online Examination Paper Approval videos, and will involve a presentation by the Assessments Team and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.

Drop-In Sessions (MS Teams)

Our Drop-In Sessions are opportunities for staff to casually log into an online meeting and ask an Assessment Advisor any questions they have about the Online Examination Paper Approval process. There is no formal presentation, and we can provide specialist assistance on a first come first serve basis.

How to request access to the CSAE Online Exams Portal

If you would like to request access to Exam Manager for your staff or yourself, modify existing access or reinstate expired access then please submit a General Support Ticket

Please ensure to attach a signed copy of the Exam Manager: Request for Access Form  with your Support Request.
