The Global Admissions StudyLink Project (GAS Project) will introduce a new admissions portal for agents, applicants and staff.
Feedback from agents, applicants and admissions teams highlights an opportunity to improve the current admissions experience by making the system and process more streamlined and easier to use.

By implementing the StudyLink admissions, agent and applicants’ portals we will:

Improve the experience for agents and applicants

Reduce the loss of business from agents choosing other platforms

Increase international application numbers

Help Curtin meet international student caps and protect future revenue

Make it easier for Admissions teams to process applications
The portals will be rolled out over three phases
Each phase will bring different application types into the system.
Phase 1
Phase 1
Introduces applications for undergraduate and postgraduate study at the Curtin Bentley Campus, including English packaged offers.
Phase 2
Phase 2
Introduces
- applications for study at Curtin Malaysia and Colombo campuses
- Pathway applications via Curtin College and other providers
- Articulation applications
- Other cohorts, such as Global Scholars Program.
Phase 3
Phase 3
Introduces applications for Higher Degree by Research (HDR)
Plus, a new way to manage and process agent commissions
