This practical webinar on Minute/Note Taking will assist you to enhance the skills required for managing meetings at all levels of the University; and will provide you with helpful tips, resources and templates to effectively take and produce minutes.
Presenting this session will be Rebecca Brockman, an experienced governance professional who has worked in local government and the higher education sectors. Rebecca has worked at Curtin University for over 6 years, and is the Manager, Committee Services in the Secretariat. Rebecca provides high level committee support to the Academic Board as Committee Secretary and has managed the roll out of BoardEffect, the Universities board portal software that assists in preparing and managing committee documents for confidential access by committee members.

Feelin’ Good at Work in the Online, COVID-19 Age

Dr Nigel Gribble returned in May 2020 with a new and contemporary look at Emotional Intelligence. If you feel good at work, then the research says that your overall health and well-being are more likely to be optimal also. The workshop provided attendees with strategies to assist them in feeling good in the workplace in the COVID19 age – and importantly beyond.
