What is the Acquisition Operating Model Project?

The Acquisition Operating Model project is investigating digital communication, marketing, engagement and contact management for future students who wish to commence study with Curtin.

The project aims to determine if alternate service delivery models will increase student numbers and scale at lower costs while retaining knowledge and maintaining a personalised service.

Project Objectives

The specific objectives of this project are to;

  •   Create consistent definitions for the different stages of the Acquisition Lifecycle
  •   Develop alternate operating model options
  •   Define processes, governance, performance metrics, technology, data, roles and responsibilities

 

This project has been paused temporarily to enable the team to fully focus on the Ci Anywhere Implementation Project…..Stay tuned, as it will be up and running again soon!
