Make some time with your team to watch these short videos on Resilience.
The research is clear; the more positive emotion you experience, the more resilient you will be. Mentally healthy workplaces generally have improved productivity and lower rates of absenteeism.
This is the first of an 8-part video series that will cover our top strategies to build resilience and happiness.
Through a combination of storytelling and research, we’ll share ideas and activities you can implement to support your mental and physical health both at work and in your personal life.
The activities are short and easy to integrate into everyday life. We encourage you to experiment and discover which ones work best for you, at the time of day that feels right to complete them, and build a routine that suits you.
Each episode will be accompanied by links to additional content and resources, including podcasts, research, blogs, videos, books, and films if you are wanting to dive deeper into these topics yourself or with friends and family. You can also learn more about The Resilience Project and what we do by exploring our website here.
Prevention and participation is key. Rather than waiting until your mental health is suffering, research shows that building wellbeing into day to day life, and creating great habits for your mind increases your capacity to cope better in difficult times so let’s get into it.
